Lifesaving Information For Emergencies

The Spring Hill Fire Rescue and all of the dedicated personnel of your fire district, is asking you to help us help you, by participating in the FILE OF LIFE Program. 

This program has been in place for many years and we would like everyone in our district to participate by providing us the necessary and vital medical information in case you are unable to provide us with an accurate medical conditions and medications.

The red FILE OF LIFE pouch is a refrigerator magnet that contains critical emergency medical information from the form that you fill out completely.

To participate in this life saving program, stop by, pick up your FILE OF LIFE at any Spring Hill Fire Rescue Fire Stations or download the form and pick up the refrigerator magnet and meet you’re Health Care Professionals.
